Indoor palm plant question?

I have a small indoor palm plant with 2 plants in in the pot...about 18 inches tall...that has a few green shoots coming from each plant. At the ends of each shoot there are fingerlike branches that have tiny green bumps evenly spaced along. What are they? I'm wondering if these are seeds. If they are seeds...can I cut them off and try and grow a new palm? I tried looking for info online and couldn't find anything. Any suggestions or tips on how to plant the seeds are appreciated.

Indoor palm plant question?
you have what is called a "bella palm" or "parlor palm"

yes, those are seeds. I have tried to germinate them myself, but so far have been unsuccessful. Thay will fall off on their own and I assume that would be the time they are ready to plant. You might try sprouting them in damp folded paper towels, or in moist shallow soil with good drainage.
Reply:you have a parlor palm. this is happening to me too. yes you can plant them but not until brown like. mine we whitie now a dark yellow. once they are realy they will drop off. give them some time and put thenm is soil and try to see if it will work.
Reply:Yes, you can take the little seedlings out carefully with the root and plant them elsewhere.. I know that sago palms do that alot.
Reply:They are seed pods you must let them dry on the plant, then after they fall off, plant the seed
