I am starting my first herb garden. Decided to go with a container because it is easy to control how much sun it is getting, and for easier harvesting. Anyway I have Two basil plants that are about 6-7 inches tall, One thyme plant that looks mature, and a cilantro plant that is only about 3 inches wide right now. Will these get along in my ceramic glazed 10" pot? Let me know any tips you have too! Thanks
Can basil, thyme and cilantro share the same 10' ceramic pot? Im in zone five.?
Yes.
Reply:Not really. The basil plants will probably grow to about 12 inches and about a foot in circumference. Don't worry about the thyme, it doesn't spread much and will fit anywhere. the cilantro can grow pretty big and tall, a few feet. 10 inches seems a bit small.
