we have gasifer and boiler and it connect to turbine and generator but we put it into seperate room and connected by pipes and the height of boiler and gasifer support is 140 inch so i want to know the elevation of turbine and generator

The elevation doesn't matter. Your steam travels in high pressure pipes so it doesn't make much difference what relative heights the boiler and the turbine are. Whatever makes for shorter pipes is what I would choose.
