Mystery plant..?

In my back yard, there are these weeds. But they are not little plant weeds, they are like trees. There are a few; the largest one is about seven feet tall and about two inches in diameter at the bottom. The leaves are narrow and lobed and grow in groups of three. The stalk of the plant is green from bottom to top. It doesn’t have any kind of flower on it. It looks EERILY similar to poison ivy but the stalk it is on is not a vine or a vine attached to a tree, it stands independently. I’ve worked with them all week and have not developed a rash or anything either (I have had reactions to poison ivy before). I live in Maryland, near DC. Does anyone know what these are?

Mystery plant..?
hard to tell without a picture [ idont have a camera eather ] but could be what we call in the south poke salad. search the web to see if this might be it.
Reply:Why don't you take a branch to the garden center?
Reply:Hi- I live northward up in SE Pa. I'm not sure but, I think you might be referring to the weed tree or ghetto palm. It grows rampantly up here. I found a link that shows pics. http://plants.usda.gov/java/profile?symb...
