I will try to describe it. They are about 1 to 2 inches long, and about 1/2 wide.. They look like small torpedo's. Long and skinny. They can be seen sometimes growing in pots as a usable plant on peoples front porches. Like all, peppers they are green and then turn red.. Lots of People in Texas grow them at home.
Tell me what hot pepper this is?
I believe what you are describing is a chili pepper. Our Chili's restaurant has them growing outside their entrance and when I asked that's the answer I was given.
