Live just west of Chicago, and they haven't started to green/ grow yet, other plants around them in the same bed are coming back. I trimmed them down back in April, they are about 1-2 inches above the ground. How long should I wait before I give up on them?
My sedge plants have not come back yet, are they going to?
Try giving them fertiliser?
