I have a lot that has no real trees growing on it, just some scrub brush. It was an old farm field, that has not been planted in years. It is mainly clay under a few inches of topsoil. I would like native trees to attract wildlife.
What kind of native trees are best for planting in clay soil?
this sites has a great list
